A True Gem...A House is a house but a home is what we received!!!

When we originally were looking for a house we were miles away living in New York, our first concern was how are we going to handle this life changing event with no knowledge of the area. Then we were fortunate enough to have Cisco guide us. He made us feel like we were family from the moment we met him. His sense of humor made us feel at ease. From beginning to end he made this process seamless. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to get back to me in NY time. Whether it was by text, email or phone call he was on it. He has a way that makes the most nervous nellies calm and that is exactly what I needed. He provided us with knowledge of the area, knowledge of the requirements for buying a house and took us to many places after listening to what our priorities consisted of. He never discounted a house if it was on the radar. Most realtors once they are done with the sale disappear from your lives, well Cisco has remained part of our family as well. He showed up for us to help with things that were needed before we even got down here. He found a fence company to enclose our yard to keep our fur babies safe before we relocated as well as personally took time to oversee the job and when it needed to be corrected he made sure it was done properly. He maintained our home until we moved in a month later and also was there to help with furniture deliveries.

It is a true testament to his character as a person. He is dependable, honest and has a ton of integrity. It is not just about the sale, it is so much more to him. He really cares for making a home not just selling a house.

He is a rare find and a true gem. With so much gratitude.
